Being family owned and operated, every aspect of Lacher business has been homegrown. As a result, since 2010 they have been known as one of the Delaware Valley's best places to work, and within their industry are continually acknowledged as one of the most innovative groups serving small to medium sized businesses. Proudly serving citizens of Pennsylvania for over thirty years as the region’s premier insurance and consulting company, Lacher was ready to both reshape and amplify their message as they also look to expand to new opportunities outside of southeast Pennsylvania.

The challenge

The company has long had the capabilities to compete at the regional and national level, the time to expand just wasn't right. As timing solidified, the Lacher partners were ready to simplify their message and capitalize on their strengths of scaling businesses up from 50-300,000 plus employees spread across multiple state locations.

The approach

To reach that goal, we crafted a comprehensive, two-pronged marketing campaign, one for the business side and one for the personal side, that would span across strategic out of home, point-of-sale, and geo-targeted digital spaces. We used the digital ecosystem as an opportunity to communicate and amplify the “More. Clearly.” message through a revamped website and a coordinated social campaign. For a brand on relationships, nothing is more personal than customized piece of collateral.

The rationale

It’s a complex world that gets more complicated by the day. With so much to process, it can be tough to see what’s ahead. But not with Lacher. Lacher’s transparent people-first approach helps people see the big picture and navigate the obstacles ahead to achieve the best possible outcomes, from taking care of pets to taking care of business and everything in between. Advertising campaign

In order to broadcast the "More. Clearly." campaign message in a larger-than-life fashion we used out of home placements to capture the eyes of commuters throughout the tri-state region. Targeted digital campaigns followed suite pushing new viewers back to the new website to ask for more information on the specific services they needed.

The takeaway

After a successful brand launch in 2020, Lacher took a quiet but confident approach, remaining the solid partner and advisor they had always been. What better time to turn to your guide than during a time full of uncertainty. Although the beginning of the year was unpredictable, business is better than ever. The firm is poised to make big moves in 2021 and we couldn't be happier partners.
