Doing good, together.

When we started heavy, we set out to do good as much as we set out to create good work.

Our team is spread out from coast-to-coast, and after years of traveling across the country and working with students and companies from every background imaginable, we realized our impact on the communities we worked in could be greater.

It’s also important to us that heavy is an inspiring place to work. It’s been a priority for us from the start.  We want our team members to enjoy their time here, and when we asked them what we could do to help ensure that, the answer was unanimous: give back.  And so, our “Good. Together” initiative was born.

Here’s how it works.

As part of each engagement, we ask our clients to select a company or organization within their own community that could benefit from our services. Then, we work with them pro bono as a part of our commitment to both the clients we serve and the communities they serve.

Whether it’s a nonprofit helping millions of high schoolers register to vote each year, an organization serving disabled adults after the state cuts off their funding, or a Food Pantry that helps feed and clothe thousands of Cincinnati college students who lost their student jobs because of COVID – we’re all in.

Why? Because we believe in doing good within our community, as well as yours.

Because we know that giving back moves us all forward, together.
